1.0. Background
We take this opportunity to introduce our company, Jaglo Bright Security Company Limited, in view of establishing bilateral business cooperation.
Our head office is situated at the Job Ndugai Market, Room No. 64, Dodoma City Council.
Our company is engaged in the provision of security services, and we have adequate guarding equipment and tools, including firearms, whistles, transport (9 vehicles and motorcycles), batons, and mobile phones.
Most of our guards are ex-PDF, police, persons, and JKT personnel who have proven good records. Further, we have a valid insurance cover against loss or theft of property, and we are members of the Tanzania Security Industry Association (TSIA).
We have previously done business with Government Ministries and Institutions, local Authorities, Institutions of Higher Learning, Non-Governmental Organization and the Private Sectors.

With regards to staff recruitment and placement, the company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspect.

The company is conducting security officer screening through finger prints before securing our employment. These exercises enable the company to recruit or employ security guards free from criminal activities. Attendance at paramilitary training (mgambo) or an ex-soldier or police officer is essential.

This division pays site visits to ensure that quads are on duty and properly dressed and out—fitted for the job because security personnel generally work long and tedious hours, so it pays sudden day and night site visits to ensure that our guards are executing their duties professionally.
The maintenance of round-the-clock supervision at irregular intervals is the soul responsibility of this division’s activities to promote alertness. This is a 24 hours – line function responsibility from the top.
All security personnel on duty are expected to report to Central control office through their mobile radios, etc.
